3. Data we collect

3.1 Server log files

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically stores technical information in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, referrer, browser, and operating system. This data is used solely to ensure stable operation and to defend against attacks.

3.2 Contact form and lead requests

When you use our contact form, we process the following details to handle your enquiry:

Venue type (restaurant, club, bar, or mixed)
Number of venues
Phone number
Email address
Optional message / notes

4. Purposes of processing and legal bases

We process your data exclusively for the following purposes on the legal bases stated:

Pre-contractual measures and contract performance (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR): handling your demo request, preparing individual offers, and preparing a contract.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR): ensuring stable operation of our website, defending against attacks, and limited direct communication with existing customers within our business relationship.
Consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR): where you give us explicit consent, for instance to receive a newsletter. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
Legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR): compliance with retention requirements under tax and commercial law.

5. Retention

Server log files are anonymised or deleted within seven days at the latest, unless security-related events require longer retention.
Lead data from the contact form is retained for 24 months from the last contact. After that, the data is deleted unless a contract has been concluded.
Contract data and the related accounting records are kept for ten years after the end of the financial year, in accordance with commercial and tax retention requirements (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO).

6. Recipients

We only share your data with carefully selected processors with whom we have data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, with data centres in Frankfurt am Main and Nuremberg.
Email delivery and helpdesk: service providers based in Germany, each governed by a data processing agreement.

We do not transfer data to other third parties unless we are legally required to do so.

7. Third-country transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. All data is processed exclusively on servers located in Germany.

8. Cookies

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the site. These cookies are not used for analytics or tracking. We do not set any tracking or marketing cookies.

You have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:
